Day Water Rules

  1. Tickets must be obtained from reception before fishing may commence or from the car park ticket machine (correct change is needed in £1 coins).
  2. Baden Hall Fisheries accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to fishing tackle, cars, persons or any other property however caused.
  3. All cars must be parked in the Car Parks, and NOT on the road side (all cars are left at owner's risk).
  4. Keep Nets not to be used on Dam Pool & Middle Pool, Lodge Pool and Duck Pond only on Match waters (Doughnut, Canal, Pintail and Mallards.)
  5. All fish must be returned to the water.
  6. Peanuts, tiger nuts, trout pellets, shelf life bollies or any other non-biodegradable baits are not allowed.
  7. No rods to be left unattended in the water at any time.
  8. No Beach Casting methods.
  9. No litter to be left. Please use the bins provided.
  1. Carp care kits to be carried and used when appropriate.
  2. Barbless hooks only.
  3. Unhooking mats to be used for larger fish – 5lbs and over.
  4. No bad language to be shouted or shouting in general around the pools.
  5. Frozen Boilies must be used and pop ups and boilies must be from a reputable brand and NOT shelf-life or home made.
  6. No dogs allowed.
  7. Waste bait is NOT to be disposed of in the waters.
  8. TWO keep nets are to be used on all match waters, 5 hours MAXIMUM
  9. Juniors (under 16s) must be accompanied by an adult.
  10. All waters have a 2 Rod Maximum.
  11. Please check for any additional rules in reception.

Specimen Water Rules

  1. Tickets must be obtained from Reception before fishing may commence.
  2. Baden Hall Fisheries accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to fishing tackle, cars, persons or any other property however caused.
  3. Clinic or other fish care products needed for any mouth or body damage.
  4. All fish must be returned to the water.
  5. Peanuts, Tiger nuts or any other non-biodegradable baits are not allowed.
  6. No rods to be left unattended in the water at any time.
  7. No Beach Casting methods.
  8. No litter to be left. Please use the bins provided.
  9. Barbless hooks only.
  10. Unhooking Mats / Weigh Sling & Cradle's are supplied on The Quarry / Bridge & Glovers and must be used at all times. Large unhooking mats are 42 inch (minimum).
  11. No bad language to be shouted or shouting in general allowed around the pools.
  12. Please keep within your boundaries set out on the lake maps.
  13. No dogs allowed.
  14. Waste bait is NOT to be disposed of in the waters.
  1. Frozen Boilies must be used and pop ups and boilies must be from a reputable brand and NOT shelf-life or home made.
  2. Please keep fish wet at all times, and make sure all mats and slings are wet when weighing the fish.
  3. No standing up or carrying fish back to the water's edge without using a net or weigh sling. This will result in an instant BAN.
  4. 24 Hours minimum fishing time - this runs from 12 noon to 12 noon. All 24 hour sessions finish at 12 noon even if you arrive later.
  5. Bait Boats are NOT allowed on The Quarry - can be used on The Bridge & The Glovers Lakes.
  6. Age Restriction on Specimen Lakes is strictly 18 and over.
  7. 2 Rod Maximum on ALL Specimen Lakes. (3 Rods allowed from: 1st November to the 28th February).
  8. NO GUESTS are allowed on any of the Specimen Lakes.
  9. For all other rules please check in Reception.
  10. No litter to be left. Please use the bins provided.
  11. Carp care kits to be carried and used when appropriate.
