Bookings & Payments
- All bookings must be made via our online system or approved channels
- A booking is confirmed once payment (full or deposit) is received
- Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice
- You are responsible for checking your booking details
Cancellations & Refunds
We do not offer refunds. However, account credit may be issued in agreed circumstances.
- Credits must be used within 6 months
- No-shows will result in loss of booking value
- An admin fee may apply for changes or cancellations
Booking Amendments
- Changes are subject to availability
- Requests must be made within the stated timeframe
- Additional charges may apply
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when booking
- Arrive on time
- Follow all fishery rules and staff guidance
- Ensure all participants meet requirements
Health & Safety
- Participation is at your own risk unless stated otherwise
- You must inform us of relevant medical conditions
- We may refuse access if safety requirements are not met
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability will not exceed the value of your booking.
Nothing excludes liability for death or injury caused by negligence.

- Technical failures
