How we use your information
Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR says that we can process your data where it "is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by [us] or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights or freedoms of [you] which require protection of personal data."
We believe that processing your data will help us to offer you a more tailored, efficient service. However, you do have the right to object to us processing your personal data on this basis. We will always inform you on processing your data (either verbally or electronically) and we will give you clear instructions on how to exercise your right to object.
We will not use your data for anything other than it was originally intended for.

We do not share your information with any 3rd parties.
How we store your information
We will hold on to your information for as long as you have your account, or as long as is needed to be able to provide the services of Baden Hall Fishery to you, or (in the case of any contact you may have with our Customer Care team) for as long as is necessary to provide support-related reporting and trend analysis only.
If reasonably necessary or required to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions, we may also keep hold of some of your information as required, after you have closed your account or after it is no longer needed to provide the services to you.
How to delete your information
In certain situations, you have the right to request us to "erase" your personal data. We will respond to your request within 30 days and will only disagree with you if certain limited conditions apply. If we do agree to your request, we will delete your data but will generally assume that you would prefer us to keep a note of your name on our register so that we can refer to our note that and therefore, we will minimize the chances of you being contacted in the future where your data are collected in unconnected circumstances. If you would prefer us not to do this, you are free to say so.
